Gathering: February 28, 2005
Our February meeting will be held on Monday the 28th at 7pm. As always, it will be held at Guru Digital Arts College (map/address is in the left sidebar) and feature good company, beverages, shwag and lots of learning.
Our presenter for this month is Ryan Matsikas, who will be doing a talk on "Extending Flash". Ryan will be examining the various ways in which you can extend the Flash MX 2004 authoring environment, and point you to some great resources to get started. He will then walk through the simple steps involved in creating your first JSFL command and your first custom panel. This is definitely not one to miss!
Time permitting, we will then open the floor to general questions & answers and show & tell.

As always, we are looking for presenters for the March meeting. If you have an idea for a session you'd like to present, we'd love to hear from you. It's a pretty painless experience, and we're happy to help you polish your talk. We really need support from you, the local community if we're going to keep this group vital.
