If you have encountered a reproducible bug, or you are unable to find what you need in the online documentation for any of our products please use the Quick Support form below to send us an email. We will reply to your email as soon as possible. Please be sure to include any screenshots, descriptions, and steps to reproduce in bug reports.
Order Delivery
Products shipped by gskinner.com are usually sent out via email as a zip attachment. Orders are shipped manually, so orders sent after 4PM PST, or on weekends will get shipped on the next business day at the earliest. If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please contact us using the form below. All orders from gskinner.com are followed by a text-only email which notifies the end user of delivery. If your server frequently rejects zip attachments, please let us know so we can arrange alternate methods of delivery. Also be sure to check your spam filter, as messages occasionally get screened.
Online Documentation
Please ensure that you:
- Have the latest Extension Manager to use the panels in Flash CS3
- Uninstall Flash panels before installing a new version
- Have the 7.2 upgrade for Flash MX 2004
